Will my insurance rates increase if I make a claim?

Most insurance companies consider and treat your replacement as a glass claim only as long there is no other damage to claim, there should not be an increase.

My insurance company says Anytime Auto Glass is not on their preferred list /Network shop or that they cannot guarantee the work or pricing that I must use their company.

Most insurance companies use a third-party administrator for glass claims. Some have a financial interest in who replaces your windshield. You have the right to choose your auto glass company. We accept most insurance company pricing. We also offer a warranty.

How soon can I drive my car?

Anytime Auto Glass only uses the best adhesives available. You can safely drive away in as little as thirty minutes.

Do you offer mobile service? Is it extra?

We offer onsite service to all our customers. There is no fee for service within our coverage area.

What happens with my inspection sticker?

All stickers, parking sticker, transponders etc. are put back on exactly where they were.

My vehicle is equipped with ADAS controls. Does Anytime Auto Glass deal with that or recalibrate?

We work with Elitek, Sullivan Tire, and your local dealer among others, Recalibrations can only be done in the shop by appointment. Call for more details! Call for more details 617-898-8463.

Can I bring my car to your shop?

We do offer in-shop appointments, we currently do our in-shop appointments in the morning. Please note cars can not be dropped off without an appointment.

Consumer Tips

For a safe commute, it is a good idea to keep your wipers clean and inspect them for tears. It is recommended that you replace them at least once a year.

If your vehicle has been broken into, you should report this to the local police and take a picture of any damage. If your wallet or keys have been stolen, contact your bank and credit card company to report the loss ASAP. We recommend you replace the locks on your house if the keys were taken.

Be very careful around broken glass. Although it is designed not to cut, broken glass can damage your seats, door panels or yourself. Take pictures of any additional damage. Try to cover exposed areas if there is bad weather. Leave the rest to us.
